Born and raised in Austin, for the past 15+ years Thomas has worked for HR-related early-stage startups and enterprise companies alike.

Thomas uses his experience to thoroughly understand client needs, align them with the best recruiter for the search, and work with that recruiter to develop an action plan. But his favorite part of the process is the “close.” So many subtle challenges can arise due to miscommunication, poor positioning, or tough timing. Great recruiters alleviate those challenges and help the right candidates find the right role at companies that are going to rely on them for years to come.

When he's not working, you'll find him on the golf course, browsing local thrift stores on the hunt for rare first-edition books, or relaxing with his wife, two sons, & two dogs.
